So, now that I'm back at work, I have to go out of town overnight every other week. So, we had an alarm system installed.
I found one that was well reviewed and had free installation.
I didn't want the smart home stuff, just the doors and windows covered.
They came and installed it that next weekend.
The next week, the back door sensor went off two days in a row, both false alarms.
I called the alarm company tonight to see what was going on with it.
It seems that they used the old, over 5 year old sensors, instead of installing new sensors, which I AM paying for!
Needless to say, they are coming out this weekend to install the new sensors and are giving me a credit.
And, needless to say, I can't use the language that I need to adequately express myself on this forum to REALLY tell you how I feel!
