Star Wars Ronto Roasters rotisserie at Disneyland

Earlier this week I spent a few days at Disneyland in Anaheim and visited the new "Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge" area. There's a restaurant called Ronto Roasters selling barbecued sausage and turkey wraps, and out front there's an animatronic droid turning a spit of "space meat" that's cooked using a repurposed podracing engine. Very cool if you're a Star Wars geek and a barbecue fan!

Very cool indeed. Both Barb and I worked at Disneyland in the mid 60s. Last time we were there was when I took one of my employees for his 20th anniversary with our company to Club 33, about 20 some years ago. Sure has changed a lot, not so sure for the better.
 
I was excited about the new Galaxy's Edge land. I saw all the hype teasers they released, and everything they promised. Unfortunately they over promised and under delivered.
