Cliff I went to the store in Lakewood you told me about, no such luck on the Hatch Chili Brats

So beer Brats it was.

Stuffed cream cheese Jalapeños wrapped in pounded boneless skinless chicken thighs then wrapped in bacon....= Touchdown and extra point.

Thanks all.

Be careful with the Jalapeños wrapped in pounded boneless skinless chicken thighs then wrapped in bacon, i did them on the SS Performer using the Vortex, had a little flare up after I pulled everything off the grill.
18 slices of bacon could do that...
Thats why I always keep a large glass or two of water around for such times.

Jeff, that looks awesome. Like the Jalapenos wrapped in chicken things then in bacon. Great meal for sure.
