Oh I sure did eat it Cliff but I wont say I didn’t just gaze at it for a while.

Lol I suggested the same thing to my wife Rich. I’d share her reply but I’m fairly sure it would get me booted.

Thanks Rich. The recipe here from the site is the one I used on the very first brisket I ever did and I honestly have never used any other.

Thanks, JR! Looks pretty much like the process that I already use except for the paper instead of the foil...hmmm...

I think the butcher paper makes for better bark.
