Sorta complex, but great for tacos:

    ½ cup fresh lime juice
    ¼ cup vegetable oil
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    2 tablespoons soy sauce
    2 tablespoons ground cumin, toasted
    2 teaspoons light brown sugar
1 jalapeno, seeded and chopped fine

Really easy, but not traditional taco flavors:

    6 tablespoons olive oil
6 medium cloves garlic, minced or pressed through a garlic press
    1 medium shallot, minced
    2 tablespoons minced fresh rosemary

You could use a marinade or a rub.
A bottle of Mojo Criollo is easy, and there are plenty of carne rubs out there like Chef Merito.
Oh I forgot, you need to add a beer.
