Hello,
Was introduced to the goodness of smoked and char-grilled meats back in the late 70's and 80's. Most meats we ate when I was a child was grilled or smoked in that fashion. Unfortunately, as life got busy and having lived in apartments where only gas grills were allowed, I fell into the lazy habit of grilling over gas. While I still think a gas grill has a purpose, I'm a new owner of a WSM 14.5" and absolutely love it. The 14.5" is perfect for just my wife and I. I picked it up over Labor Day taking advantage of a sale at Ace Hardware. To date I've smoked a beer can chicken and a brisket. I've learned a lot and know I have a lot more to learn. But I think I've come to the right place.
