I picked these up at Costco last week. I saved them for my last cook of the Labor Day Weekend. Sides were Crash Hot Potatoes and a zucchini/yellow squash dish. Here's the pictures.

Prepped the sides earlier in the afternoon. The onion and mushrooms are for the Caps.

Got the mushrooms and onions out of the way too.

They sweated down nicely.

Got the potatoes going as they take around half hour.

Nothing but salt and pepper.

Squash on next.

Caps on with a little smoke.

enhance

Brought them up to about 115.

Put a pan directly over a fully loaded Vortex.

Going for a good sear.

Nice meal and the meat was delicious. What a great way to wind up the weekend. We liked the Caps but agreed they weren't any better than the standard Prime Rib Eye Steaks. We have one more left so I guess I'll do a round two sometime later. I'll probably go with a different set up. Anyway, thank you all for looking.

I don't see those often at Costco, but I pick them up when I do and are some of our favorites The best part of a Ribeye!
