A few cooks from this summer

I usually end up elbows deep in the finished product before I think about a photo. Sometimes I get a photo at the start of the cook but not when finished.

But here are a few from the summer of 2019. Which was a fantastic summer as far as weather was concerned this year. But it can start to rain anytime it wants now.

The ABT's almost didn't make the photo

There was brisket and whole brined chicken on the BBQ Guru Rib Ring in the smoker.

Did a pork loin on the kettle with a smoker box.

If you are a fan of sausage / brat / links, then it's hard to beat Alaskan Sausage Reindeer Dogs with onions

We do them on the gasser, kettle, or smoker.

Dang, as great as your cooks and photos look, you need to post them more often!
I'd love to try Rudolph dogs, if they were available here.
 
Mike, you out did yourself. Those cooks were awesome and I agree you should post more often. Great job.
