I cherry wood smoked, then grilled, a 1.6 lb. center cut pork steak yesterday.
No plated shots, but I should have taken one of the nice little smoke ring.

I'm visualizing your plate shot and it looks as great as the photos above! Bet it was tasty! Heck Bob, you'd get a great smoke ring on a hot dog! ;)
 
Great looking chop Bob. Just picked up some center cut chops will be trying those next week, hope mine come out looking as nice as yours.
