Han Can was probably the first Chinese cookbook that I bought back in the early 90s. I remember enjoying it a lot and that the recipes were good.

I have a few of his! I haven't tried much from them though. This one looks doable for me.

I haven't cooked it yet.

I post things I want to try here, & then have it moved or do a new post in the recipe threads if it's a keeper.

My heart's all aflutter.

There's already plenty of garbage to sift through on the web, no need to flood this forum's recipe pages with untested recipes.

If you look through most of the recipes here they're member favorites.

The Just Conversation section is more temporary in nature, that's why I post untested but interesting recipes here.
