Greetings from Texas


 
Hi All -

Just wanted to introduce myself and say hi. I've been a long time reader of the site and finally decided to join. I'm a Michigan transplant to Texas and have found myself loving smoking meat. Not something I used to do (except for fish) back home. I have a ton to learn still but want to say thanks to everyone here who has been posting great advice that I've often used. Looking forward to learning more from you all.
