    Hello from Kannapolis, NC

    Hello, everyone.
I've been a member for a few months but just acquired my WSM 18" a week ago. I found a used one on Craigslist in great shape for $215.
I've been a Weber Kettle owner for a year and wanted to expand my smoking capabilities. So today, I'm smoking a chicken as my first smoke.

Thanks for having me as a member and I look forward to learning a lot from everyone here.

    Steve

I just cooked the Hot and Fast Chicken recipe that Chris A has in the cooking topics section. Made it many times on the WSM, and it always comes out good. Like you, I also have a kettle. Between the two, you can handle anything.

    Welcome to the board.
