Brisket Leftovers

We're still using up some leftovers from the brisket I smoked last week. Tacos sounded good so that's what I did. Brisket tacos that is.

Made a nice salsa earlier in the day for the tacos. Stewed tomatoes (Mexican Style), garlic, green onions, jalapeno, diced green chilies, cilantro, salt and pepper. Pulsed briefly in the Ninja.

Got some Mexican Rice going.

Shredded some brisket. Used a piece of the flat.

Heated up the tortillas, 4" corn street tacos, and brisket.

Served it up.

Really hit the spot. We love those little tortillas and the salsa had a nice nip to it. Smoked brisket is terrific with tacos. I've probably got a pound of the flat left. Will freeze for some beans a little later this fall. Thanks for looking everyone!
 
Looks terrific Cliff we do the same with the leftover brisket. Tacos and chili are meant for LO brisket.
