I found some meaty ribs on sale, threw them on smoker using Pecan wood. 2hrs smoke 2hrs in foil, they were done at 4hr mark, no water in pan vents wide open, smoker ran solid at 250F for the entire cook, here are the pics, glad the board has been reliable now .
