Hello. I've been smoking on a Weber Kettle using a Slow n' Sear for 2 years now, which has been fantastic. I had started with the Smokenator, but was not impressed with that at all. After reading up for the last 6 months on the Pit Barrel Cooker and the Weber Smokey Mountain Cooker, I decided on the Weber. Ended up looking for the 18 and found a 22 brand new in the box for less than half of what they are in the stores on craigslist. I love deals. Anyway, I'm waiting on the LavaLock from Amazon to seal this thing up before I start. I'm pretty excited to read up about it on the forum.
