Cold Smoking Cheese


 
Sure wish I had a fridge full of smoked cheeses right about now.

If you haven't tried Breton crackers, try their multi-grain or sesame (my recent favorites).

I wonder who will be the first here to make a pizza with smoked cheese.
 
You make a nice video Chris. Very professional. I enjoyed it and will be making another run at smoked cheese when it cools down. It was 70 degrees this morning at 5:00. I have the A-Maze-N tray and it works well.

Yes, great video. My only feedback is that you can see the monitor screen in your glasses . When you filmed in natural daylight, it did not occur. Thanks!
 
Awesome as always! I think I'm going to have to try that method. My old coffee can with drilled holes isn't cutting it anymore.
