Doing burgers so got the fries and tater tots on the E320 cooking. Got the burgers made and on the Genesis 2000 with American and Swiss cheese. Tope with homemade bacon, then finished with lettuces and tomato. Plated with fries and tarter tots for the girls. Have to keep them happy.

Next up is Baked Chili and Biscuits done in the 12” CIS. I cooked the ground meat first then added the rest. EVOO, chopped onion, garlic minced, kidney beans, cumin, paprika, chili powder, fire roasted tomatoes and tomato sauce. That simmer for 10-15 minutes. Biscuits cut in half and roll into a ball, combined butter, garlic, parsley and whisk together. Dunk each biscuit in this and placed on top of chili. Baked on the E320 for about 30 minutes until golden. Brought in and plated with more parsley and Mexican cheese.
