Well, beef in PA. always seems higher than here in Michigan but, that sounds pretty darned dear!
Chuck eye steaks are running $3.99/lb. this week here average small chain, $4.99/lb. boneless chuck roasts from the expensive chain grocer.
Market price is going to vary no matter what.
