Curing wood in south Florida

Recently trimmed an oak and have plenty of wood. Is it even possible to cure it in the humidity of a south Florida summer?
Any recommendations or suggestions would be great.

Split it, that will speed a bit of curing. There’s no reason not to! Go for it.
I think I might pull the bark.

Yep, and if you want to cure it faster crosscut into 2 or 3" chunks. Keep it out of the weather but let it breathe.

Thanks guys for the suggestions. Cutting it up this weekend.
