We were wandering through Costco last week and sampled these. They were delicious. Couldn't resist buying a pack. I was cooking for one last night so I thought I'd throw a couple on the grill. The potatoes and peas were left over from my Father's Day dinner my wife cooked on Sunday night.

These were outstanding. Will be doing them again. Thanks for looking everyone.

Those look great, Cliff!
Haven't seen the organic beef here, I get their garlic sausages at Costco.
I try to keep my grilling temp lower, but they always split, no loss of flavor though.

I’ve gotten them twice, excellent product! I actually sold some while I was at the store looking for something else, met a guy and told him to just jump in, then I helped him make a decision about which size WSM would be good for his more normal 4-6 passenger dinner group.
Also passed a card for this site too!
