I am a ground chuck fan. I wait till the local store has it for sale. I grind it coarser than the store does. Have a Lem grinder as I make a lot of sausage as well.
 
Another great burger! I'm using the kitchenaid attachment as well. I'm thinking up upgrading to a dedicated grinder at some point.
 
Awesome looking burger, great job. We also have a kitchenaid attachment and use it a lot.
