Feeding a group

The number of guest I’m cooking for has grown since the start of the cook. My question is whether or not I should have enough for eight people, all adults with good appetites. I’m making roughly thirty abts, a pound and a half pig candy, a pound and half smoked salmon and a 14 to 16 lb brisket. Serving with grilled corn, redneck caviar and white bread. I’m debating on doing a butt the same time I do the brisket but think it may be too much.

Well, if my wife’s son and I were two if the eight, you might be in trouble but, for normal hearty appetites, you should be pretty good. Any other sides? Beans, Mac and cheese, rice, salads?
