On recent cooks I've noticed a new wrinkle with my Sidewinder. The stainless cover that has the 3 valves and igniter button on the right side, now buckles upward near the outside edge and towards the front. The panel is not in contact with the firebox and the only connection points are the two friction tabs on the front frame and the Philips screw on the rear. Everything appears normal except the lock feature on the front burner knob doesn't lock until the stainless returns to the normal shape. None of the venting is blocked, so I'm kind of at a loss on this strange occurrence. Only time the stainless cover has been off the grill is when I cleaned the valves in place on the manifold.
