I知 Back and My First Big Cook is a Turkey Breast

Just a quick thank you to all our forum friends for your kind thoughts and prayers over the last few months. I知 doing fine and hopefully all is going to be great from here on.
Now let痴 cook. First I did a small casserole of dressing on the E320 then I did a bone in turkey breast on our new rotisserie. Season with spog and used apple and cherry wood for a lite smoke.

Let rest and sliced for plating. Served with an applesauce, sweet potato dish, dressing and gravy.

Desert was a peach, apple, raspberry crostata cooked in CIS. It was delicious.

My other quick cooks were Aloha Teriyaki Chicken, Bacon burger with fries.

Last night was a quick Loco Moco with rice, pattie, fried egg and brown gravy.

Doesn't look like you've lost a step (wo)manning the grill, Barb! Glad you are doing well, and glad that you and Rich seem to be eating well, too!

I think I need to get on the Loco Moco train!

OK, the food pics are good, but what we care about is that you're back and you're doing well. Thank goodness for that!

    In triplicate, and in spades.

Yes ma’am, food is always good but, YOU are even more delightful! Food is to the soul what we’ll prepared and loving food is to the body.
I’m so glad to hear you are doing well!
