Creekstone Farms Plate Ribs

Threw these ribs on the smoker about 10:30 yesterday morning. They were seasoned with Traeger Coffee Rub w/ Black Pepper.
BTU's Fogo mixed with Jealous Devil. Why? Just cause. One hunk of gambel oak & one hunk of cherry wood. 240* range for about 7 hrs total.
here we are at the 4 hour mark. Starting to show some bones on the ends. Just like it should.

Wow nice thick succulent rib meat. Well worth the time & effort.

Mighty fine lookin' ribs, Russ! Looks like brisket on a stick. I just might place an order for a couple racks. Can't find them like that around here.
 
Beef ribs are the unicorn of ribs around here. Those sure look great Russ. Never had much lock with them when I could find them, the quality just wasn't there.
