Just a quick thank you to all our forum friends for your kind thoughts and prayers over the last few months. I’m doing fine and hopefully all is going to be great from here on.
Now let’s cook. First I did a small casserole of dressing on the E320 then I did a bone in turkey breast on our new rotisserie. Season with spog and used apple and cherry wood for a lite smoke.

Let rest and sliced for plating. Served with an applesauce, sweet potato dish, dressing and gravy.

Desert was a peach, apple, raspberry crostata cooked in CIS. It was delicious.

Doesn't look like you've lost a step (wo)manning the grill, Barb! Glad you are doing well, and glad that you and Rich seem to be eating well, too! :)

I think I need to get on the Loco Moco train! :)
