I’ve been reading and gathering info on here for a while and thought it was time to officially join. I really enjoy seeing so many share and discuss tips, techniques, and insight into the love of all things grilling, BBQ, and smoking.
I’ve been grilling for many years, but only very recently started trying my hand at BBQ and smoking. I have a Copper Performer Deluxe that my wife gave me as an anniversary gift a few years ago, a Q1200, and a Go Anywhere Charcoal. I was also recently fortunate to acquire a used, but well loved, 22.5 WSM that I’m very excited to learn and use as often as I can.
As a newbie I’m here to learn what I can to enjoy this hobby even more that I already do.
(One tip I believe I’ve already figured out is that I will be lighter in the wallet but happier overall!)
