King Salmon Saturday

Haven't grilled any salmon lately. Saw three gorgeous King Salmon fillets at our local fish market and bought one. Made some white Basmati Rice and grilled some green beans to round things out.

This guy was just over 1.5 lbs.

Made some compound butter earlier in the day that included chopped dill, chopped thyme, minced garlic, lemon zest, k salt and of course butter. Mixed and put in fridge for later.

Got the beans going first, marinated in a little oil, garlic and salt and pepper.

Beans took about 10 minutes.

Spread the softened butter on the fish and plated it up.

Made for a nice dinner. Hope you all had a nice weekend. Thanks for looking.
