    Seen at the Farmers Market

    Seen at the Farmers Market: a Weber Genesis E-330 with lid removed, creating a flat-top grill for Thai satay chicken. Boy, were they pumping out a lot of food from this plus one other grill!

    Wow! I'm intrigued by the aluminum foil on the sideburner. I guess to keep oil out of the valve well making cleanup a little easier.

    What a load that poor grill has, there isn't a square inch of grate that doesn't have something on it.
