First full smoke on my new 22

Today I used my new WSM for the first full smoke. Did 3 racks of baby backs, smoked buffalo basted wings, and jalapeno cheddar sausages. I also made my deviled egg potato salad and the wife made the baked beans and slaw. We'll be eating leftovers all week.

I was pleasantly surprised how easy it was with the minion method to keep my 240-260 temp. Rocked for over 4.5 hours before I was done cooking or it had several more cooking hours left. Love the new WSM. BTW it's huge... Wife calls it my BBC... Big black..... Cooker. Lol
