For what I pay for a stack of tin foil pans at Costco (or a good restaurant supply,) they become single use & disposable. Be careful, as they're nowhere near as sturdy, support the bottom.
Having said that..... smoked scalloped potatoes are going on the must try list.
Looks great Tim. Barb and I hit a lot of yard sales and over the years we have made up a collection of cookware that's strictly dedicated to outside cooking only. From cast iron pans and Dutch ovens, baking sheets, Pyrex, Etc. I keep all of it in my charcoal shed. That way noting we use in the house gets damaged.
