Sometimes you just get lucky on a flip!

Barb and I were prepping the last flip grill a three burner 2007 Spirit. This was a very easy clean up, didn’t have to take it apart and no painting required. Only thing I did was replace the ignitor as it was marginal at best. As we were working on it a neighbor walked by and stopped to chat. She asked about the grill as to why we had it in the garage. I told her that we were going to list it on GL. She stated her two year old gasser had died and what did we want for it. I threw out $150, she said I’ll take it.
Paid $40 for it and a $10 ignitor a ½ hour clean up and a $100 profit. Life is good!

Yah, great deal for both. You made a nice profit with little labor and the neighbor got a great price on a grill that will last them a looong time.

That is a great story! So different than the "the guy emailed me on craigslist, is it still available" and on and on!
