Ribs and a Fattie

I decided to cook a rack of spares and fatty on the Slow N Sear this past weekend for the Game of Thrones finale.


Ribs slathered with mustard and seasoned with Meat Church Deez Nuts that I had left over and Big T Swine Grind.


Got the kettle fired up. I cooked the ribs at 225 for about 6 1/2 hours. The fatty was on for close to 3.


Finished Fatty. The fatty was stuffed with Cream cheese and Sharp cheddar.


Ribs almost done with some Blues Hog tacking up on them.


Sliced up ribs. I was cutting it close on time and didn't take as much care slicing them as I should have.


Sliced up fatty. Can you feel your arteries hardening up?

Wow, looks great. You rolled that fatty as good as some of my friends back in high school.:p

Man I had to take another cholesterol pill after seeing that fatty:). Both look excellent, nice cook.
