    16 lb turkey

Is a 16lb turkey too big to do on a Weber Genesis Silver C as an indirect cook? I have the OneGrill rotisserie. Thanks. George
If possible any idea on time involved and best grill temp...burners to use

If it fits that is part of it. The issue is will it spin. All I can tell you is try it. But a 16lb buzzard is a pretty big thing

I understand. What about a 11.5 half turkey? I am thinking the non skin side would burn and wouldn’t cook properly. Going to try first rotisserie tomorrow-close to 5lb organic chicken ...Will See???

Yah George, I did 2 12 lb. turkeys on the roti last year and they both came out great. The Onegrill is more than enough, I'm pretty sure it can handle a 16 lb. one...the only issue you may have if you do a 16 pounder is the size of the bird since the C doesn't have the deep firebox, the clearance of the bird and the bars (and maybe even burners) may be really close.
