This is the first time Barb has ever grilled BBs using the high heat method and she nailed it. Tender but not fall off the bone tender.
 
Barb, my birthday is in November.:p That rib plate looks excellent. Love the sides too.
 
The ribs look wonderful Barb and was a nice birthday treat for Rich (Happy Birthday Rich). I really like your meat loaf. One of my all time favorite meals. Bet that Red Potato Salad was tasty as well.
