I picked up a Prime Tri-Tip from Costco for Easter.


The marinade.


After an 8 hour soak.


On the Performer over some Weber briquettes.

That's a great looking plate Pat and being prime that had to be really good. Barb and I love TT and fortunately we find them in the marked down section of the meat department (dog food section) all the time.
 
Looks delicious Pat. We buy all of our meat from Costco. That guy is a big one, of course you live in Texas!;) We rarely find them single packed like that. Haven't marinated one in quite a while. It's time I do. That potato is over the top as well. Nice cook.
