I just changed jobs recently, but my old job was right next to a Whole Foods. In their salad bar area almost daily, they had these. I lived on them all winter, along with their soup. Simple, but good.
You know, I think I just might have to make up one of those with leftovers from today’s ham fest! I have everything on hand so, there’s lunch for tomorrow!
That would be great for a ball game if you were having a crowd. I thought about doing a ham over the weekend but in the end decided on smoked lamb shanks. Unfortunately I had a pretty miserable weekend with a bug and now my wife's going through it. The cook's still on deck when we're feeling a little brighter. Thanks for the idea Clint.
