Hello there you all! And thanks for including me in this forum. I've been an avid reader/follower of the forums for several years.
I've grilling like most for many years-but it all started when I happened across a pristine 1998 Blue Performer. Realizing I had a real grille now, I experimented with many different recipes, watched a YouTube video of tips and tricks how to set up for a slow burn and I was hooked!
From there I obtained a free throwaway 2002 Genesis A green top . After obtaining grates and bars from Dave Santana, and assembling with a new cooktop fresh from Weber, it was packed up and came West with us to our new home, where it is our daily grill.
