Hey there!
Been grilling on a Weber One Touch Platinum since 1999 (still going strong with occasional grate replacements) and got interested in smoking a week or so ago due to a buddy getting a Cuisinart gas fired unit for his birthday a couple of months ago. Mentioned it to SWMBO (She Wo Must Be Obeyed) and got enthusiastic spousal approval. She even offered up $200 in Amazon gift cards she had left over from Christmas.
Did a bunch of research since last week. Found this forum, read a ton of posts, watched a bunch of YouTube videos and made a decision.
