Genesis II E-310 NG $699 or $799 Difference?

The only difference I can find is the cheaper one has 37,500 v 39,000 BTU
Anyone know if there are other differences?
Can't imagine 37,500 v 39,000 is hardly noticeable.
 
I think the 2019 one comes with SS flavorizer bars and the 2018 comes with porcelain enameled flavorizer bars. And yah, I don't think the BTU difference is noticeable.
 
Is one a different manufacturing year or are they different models altogether?
 
Not sure what was up with it. However, I just posted in Buy, Sell Trade: Home Depot Alert: regular $699---today $560 clearance. I'm a happy camper.
