Char Sui - Chinese BBQ pork

Well my smokers and charcoal grills are all trapped in the shed, blocked by snow. I'm over shoveling so they can all just stay in there until it melts. I had a small pork loin marinating in NOH Chinese BBQ seasoning and needed to get it cooked so the gas grill and an Amaze N smoke tube with cherry pellets was the weapon of choice. The NOH seasoning has food coloring added so you get that florescent Chinese BBQ pork color!

Did you slice it, or dice it and add to rice? Looks great

Thanks Chuck. Both. I like to eat it with Chinese hot mustard and sesame seeds. So about half was sliced and ate as an appetizer the rest I diced and froze to use in stir fry some time.
