Alarm thresholds based on time duration

Hi all, I have been searching around the forum looking for an alarm script that changes the set point based on time duration, Iíve seen it discussed in some older posts but havenít seen anything recent. I use an electric smoker and for snack sticks/sausage I follow basically the same timing profile of 130* for 3hrs then raise 10* every hour after that to reach whatever internal temp I am shooting for. Thanks in advance!

There's no duration-based alarms, neither with having a countdown timer that triggers an alarm nor anything like "temp above X for Y minutes" or "output % above X for Y minutes". You can sooooorrrtaaa do something like this with a cron job that kicks off every hour, but it would be sort of a pain to configure through the webui since it would just always be running in the background and there'd be no way to interact with it.
I'm that HeaterMeter guy what ruins everybody's free time.
