Be careful with this one. It's hard to tell exactly what condition the bottom accessory rack is in but if it needs replacing it is well over $100. I do see some rust on it.
 
Yeah it's hard to say if that's rust or dirt. The dirt in this area is pretty red. I think that would sand off in any case. I'm not getting it either way.
 
Yah, if the rust isn't too bad then a little POR15 or Eastwood would do the trick. For $50 though that's worth it, especially since it comes with a side burner.
 
That grill is worth $50. I have to say that is almost surely rust on the bottom panel. With an angle grinder and wire cup brush, you could take all the rust off and repaint it if it isn't rusted through. However, it might be easier to fab up a bottom panel out of wood or something else. If the cooking grates, burners and flavorizer bars are still in good shape, you could have a great functioning grill for well under $100.
