Thanks for sharing. I thoroughly enjoy our IP. I'm possibly not getting the most benefit from it but almost exclusively use sauté and manual modes. I tried rice twice without impressive results but I attribute that to my own misstep.
 
Thanks Tim - I just finished chili verde in mine, I'm going to have to try rice in it soon just for fun.

Multigrain

Best for cooking brown rice and wild rice. Starts off with a 50-minute soak at 140 degrees, then ramps up to 248 degrees for about nine minutes.
