Thanks for sharing. I thoroughly enjoy our IP. I'm possibly not getting the most benefit from it but almost exclusively use sauté and manual modes. I tried rice twice without impressive results but I attribute that to my own misstep.
Last weekend, I used mine to proof bread dough using the low yogurt setting. Works well!
Thanks Tim - I just finished chili verde in mine, I'm going to have to try rice in it soon just for fun.
