About that Aldi rib roast I cut up & a stuffed burger

Not long ago I posted about cutting an Aldi rib roast into cap steaks, ribs, and a rolled roast.
The cap steaks were very good, even though a couple had a fair amount of connective tissue and two had very little.





I thought the ribs were 3 bone, but only 2.
Antsy to cook something I fired up the 14.5 WSM, and ran it for 5 hours at 240F.



With lunch approaching some Polish sausage was added.



Done.



Cut with the dull knife I had on hand.
These were excellent and with that big beef flavor they were quite satisfying.



I had asked Mrs Claus for a stuffed burger press, she came through.
First attempt with just cheddar in the center.







One of my best burgers ever.

They all look great, Bob. But that oozy, gooey burger really takes the cake.
 
Wow Bob, it all looks so delicious, but I must say that stuffed cheddar burger appeals to me most right now. I've always been a sucker for burgers, particularly on game day.
