Santa brought me a Blackstone 17 for Christmas. I have used it a few times already and I'm really liking it. It was time to do some burgers on it.

The lineup.

Using my new kitchen scale.

The setup. I have an aloe plant handy for any burns.

Started with some onions.

Smash time.

After the flip.

I added cheese and covered them.

Getting close.

I had a double.

These were really good. The Blackstone is a nice little addition to my cooking arsenal. Thanks for looking.

Yep that's going to happen at my hacienda soon! Like those waffle cut fries!

I like that BBQ light you have. Where did you find that?

A double! Man after my own heart. Looks terrific Pat. Very cool griddle. I use a SS bowl to get a fast, good melt on my cheese too. I like yours with the handle. Is the handle your addition or did you find that on line?

You nailed another cook; that looks awesome! So is there a drip tray under the griddle? I see a hole.

And that folks is what we call BBQ.

AGAIG's, Pat!!!

Good looking burgers you cooked! Yum. Really like the little Blackstone grill. Bet it comes in real handy.

Note to self: you gotta do some smashburgers.
