Weber Gourmet Cast Iron Skillet recipes

So I got the cast iron skillet that fits in the grates of my 22in performer. I had a stand-alone cast iron skillet that I used to make smash burgers and steaks. What are some other recipes that I can make with a cast iron skillet?

Cooks Country from Americas Test Kitchen has a fantastic book called Cook it in Cast Iron. It has about 200 recipes from starters to deserts. Barb and I have made lots of the recipes and they all have been excellent. Although mostly for oven cooking I do mine on my gasser or performer and they come out great. You might want to take a look at that.
