Picked up a pack of Johnsonville Original Brats over the weekend and a few jalapenos. Pulled out Weber's recipe for Brats with Stewed Spicy Peppers and went to work. Made a few ABT's and heated up some leftover beans from Saturday night.

Put the ABT's together earlier in the day.

Really enjoyed this. Thanks for looking everyone!

How long were the ABT's on ?

Were those the appetizer ?

Hey Lynn. I try and hold the kettle right around 300. These were on for right around an hour. They can be an appetizer or sometimes we eat them as a side, depending on the cook. That's what we did with these.

Nice cook, like the addition of the beans. We do that cook about once a month I use Trader Joes dark Mexican beer called Trader Jose adds a nice flavor. Haven't made any ABTs in a while have to fix that.

Looks great! It's almost time for lunch - could do with some of that right now. X2 with Rich regarding the ABTs.
