Beer-Marinated Steak Skewers

Cut 1 lb. flank steak into 1" wide strips.
Marinate in one 12 oz. bottle stout mixed with 2 minced garlic cloves, 2 TB. Dijon mustard and 1 TB. each Worcestershire sauce and kosher salt, 2 hours.
Thread onto 6" skewers.
Grill on oiled grates over medium-high heat until charred, 3 minutes per side.
Drizzle with mustard.
